Planning Your Visit

Many patients travel to our office for care. Our team will make every effort to help you plan appropriately.

Our office is located in Richardson, Texas — approximately 30 minutes from both DFW International Airport and Dallas Love Field.

If you are traveling from out of town, we recommend contacting our office in advance to discuss date availability and planning considerations.

Before You Travel

Some patients begin with a virtual consultation, while others prefer to schedule an in-person consultation first. Either option can work.

If you choose a virtual consultation:

• you’ll submit photos and relevant information in advance

• we’ll discuss whether travel makes sense for your situation

• if appropriate, we’ll outline next steps and timing

If you are able to travel for an initial consultation, we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.

Timing & Scheduling

For patients traveling for treatment, we generally recommend arriving at least one day prior to the procedure. This allows time to:

• meet in person

• review details

• address questions before treatment begins

You should plan to remain in the Dallas–Fort Worth area long enough for follow-up, as appropriate.

Financial Planning

Once treatment options and timing are discussed, we’ll review fees and payment arrangements.

Because care is planned and completed in a focused timeframe, financial arrangements are made before treatment begins. Our team will review available options and answer questions ahead of your visit.
