Virtual Consultation
How Virtual Consultations Work
Virtual consultations are available for patients who live outside the Dallas–Fort Worth area or who want to discuss their situation before traveling.
To request a virtual consultation, you’ll complete a secure online form and upload photos of your teeth. This allows us to review your concerns in advance so the conversation is focused and productive.
After your form is submitted, a member of our team will contact you to schedule a video appointment and provide instructions for joining the call.
During the Video Consultation
Your consultation takes place through a secure video platform and can be accessed from a computer, tablet, or mobile phone.
During the call, we will:
review the information and photos you submitted
discuss what may be happening
explain how care is typically handled in our office
determine whether an in-person visit makes sense
The consultation is private, confidential, and not recorded.
We recommend joining the call from a quiet, private space so the conversation can be focused and uninterrupted.
Fees & Preparation
Virtual consultations are scheduled appointments and include a consultation fee.
Payment details are provided at the time of scheduling.
You’ll receive instructions ahead of time, including how to prepare and what to expect during the call.
What a Virtual Consultation Can and Can’t Do
A virtual consultation can help provide direction and clarity.
It does not replace an in-person examination, imaging, or diagnosis.
If further care is appropriate, the next step is scheduling an in-person consultation.
